Join us for a quick, 30-minute session where we discuss establishing classroom norms in a collaborative environment. Setting up clear expectations and norms at the beginning of the semester and reinforcing them periodically can help with retention and success, as well as create a sense of belonging among students. This interactive seminar introduces participants to the powerful True Colors concepts. Participants will determine their True Colors personality spectrum, including their most dominant color style, and learn to recognize the True Colors of others.
