Gray’s 20-minute video provides mindfulness breathing and gentle chair yoga instruction for stress relief. She explains the effects of stress and benefits of reducing stress on health, sleeping, relationships, and learning. The multimodal instruction, complimentary imagery, and music invite viewers to engage in the practice.
