Analyze how and why each reflection illustrates a different challenge or skill that a working nurse must face. Be specific about what the challenge is and why it is such a challenge for a nurse. Does the nurse handle (or manage) the challenge well, in your view? Yes, no or maybe a bit of both? Would you have handled it differently? If yes, how so? If no, how then did the nurse handle it properly?
