How to Use Your Course Guide

Hi SPCH 1315 students! My name is Monica and I am your class librarian.

You may be asking, how can a librarian help me?

Librarians are here to help you with your research needs! We can help you:

  • Identify keywords related to your topic
  • Locate, access, and use the research databases
  • Find academic resources for your topic
  • Evaluate resources for validity
  • Format in-text citations and works cited

The orange buttons below will connect you with resources for Speech 2: Demonstration Speech, Speech 3: Persuasive Speech, Citation Help and Research Help. The Speech 2 & 3 page has a list of recommended resources and research tips that will help you with research and citation for your assignment.

If you need help, check out my contact information on the left, or click on the Research Help tab.
