  • Step 3: Select an Appointment Date
  • Step 4: Select an Appointment Time
  • Step 5: Click Continue
  • Step 6: Check Your Information
  • Step 7: Enter Your Details
  • Step 8: Confirm the Appointment

• Click the service descriptions in the section above for detailed instructions on how to complete the appointment form for each service.
• Don't forget to bring all of the material that you might need for the appointment (assignment, course syllabi, notes, notebook, laptop, homework, textbooks, etc.).
• Visitors may not book more than two appointments back-to-back for a single service
