To apply for admission to a nursing program, students must successfully complete an assessment examination. The HESI-A2 exam is the most commonly required admission examination.
Upon graduation from a nursing program, students must successfully complete one of the following examinations to receive a license to practice in the state where he/she received their nursing education. All exams are developed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
